\n6、管理项目外部供应商及外包开发资源，包括技术选型评估、交付验收及质量把控，确保外部产出符合内部标准与项目进度要求; \n7、建立并维护项目研发过程中的量化度量体系，定期输出项目健康度报告，为管理层决策提供数据支撑; \n8、完成上级交办的其他研发管理相关工作。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，5年以上项目管理经验，其中至少2年直接管理经验，有智能硬件、机器人相关行业背景者优先; \n2、具备跨国或海外研发项目管理实战经验，熟悉国际化团队协作模式、远程沟通节奏及跨时区协调，能妥善应对文化差异与流程合规要求; \n3、英语流利，可作为工作语言，能熟练撰写技术文档、进行项目汇报，与海外团队及合作方无障碍沟通; \n4、精通敏捷开发、瀑布模型等研发管理方法论，熟练使用Jira、Git、Tapd等工具; \n5、具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰，具备全局观，能有效推动解决资源与接口问题;
