This is a full-time existing vacancy.\nResponsibilities:\nAdvise on antitrust and competition law issues across global markets.\n\nSupport merger control reviews and antitrust analysis for mergers and acquisitions.\n\nAssist with government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and related litigation.\n\nProvide day-to-day guidance to business teams on competition risks.\n\nContribute to antitrust compliance programs, policies, and internal guidance.\n\nPartner with product, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders to assess and address competition issues.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience advising on antitrust, competition law, or related regulatory matters.\n\nExperience supporting government investigations and regulatory inquiries.\n\nStrong knowledge of merger control and antitrust analysis in M&A transactions.\n\nProven ability to counsel business teams on competition risks and practical compliance.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.\n\nJuris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience advising technology companies or working in the technology industry.\n\nExperience with cross-border competition matters and global regulatory regimes.\n\nExperience supporting antitrust litigation or enforcement matters.\n\nCompensation:The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
