About the Role
Own product surfaces end to end: the interface, the service behind it, and the data model underneath
Ship features across a Next.js frontend and a fleet of TypeScript services
Work closely with design and product from concept to launch
Keep the whole path fast - query, cache, socket, and render
Debug production issues wherever they land, from the browser to the database
Know when the simple version is the right one, and cut scope accordingly
Raise the engineering bar through strong judgment and mentorship
Minimum Qualifications
Deep TypeScript experience on both the client and the server
Solid React fundamentals and real comfort with Postgres
Excellent programming and debugging fundamentals
A track record of shipping complete features, not slices of them
Comfortable working with high ownership in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Next.js and modern state management (we use Jotai)
Real-time systems: WebSockets, streaming updates, and cache invalidation
Schema design and query performance in Postgres
Redis or other caching at scale
Onchain data on Solana or EVM
Experience owning what you build in production, including on-call

Compensation
Annual Salary: $320,000 - $465,000 USD
