We are scaling fast, and the business side is being built right now. That is where you come in.\nThe role\nAxiom is taking verified code generation to market. The MBA Intern works directly with Axiom's leadership on that go-to-market push and the strategic and operational questions that come with scaling a frontier AI company. You will work in the Founder's Office and work closely with the CEO, CTO, and CoS.\nThis is not a rotational program or a research project on the side. You will be immersed into the day to day and will present your recommendations to leadership, and see them put into practice. Expect a high bar, fast feedback and a lot of autonomy.\nWhat you'll work on\nProjects will be scoped to your strengths and the company's priorities at the time. Likely areas include:\nGo-to-market and commercialization. Size and prioritize markets for verified reasoning, such as chip and software verification. Map customer segments, buyers and early design partners.\n\nStrategic partnerships. Support conversations with cloud and enterprise partners. Build briefing materials, partnership frameworks and follow-up plans for the CEO.\n\nBoard and investor materials. Help build slide decks for board meetings, and help prepare board updates, metrics dashboards and investor narratives.\n\nThis internship is designed as a pathway to a full-time role. You'll close it out by presenting your work directly to our CEO and leadership team, a great opportunity to show what you've built.\nWhat we're looking for\nRequired\nCurrently enrolled in, or on leave from, a full-time MBA program and available to start immediately\n\nExcellent professional work ethics in a business, technical or operational role\n\nConsulting, finance, venture, product, strategy and operations backgrounds are all welcome\n\nStrong analytical skills: you can build a market model from scratch and defend every assumption\n\nClear, concise writing and the ability to turn ambiguity into a structured recommendation\n\nComfort working with a small team at startup speed, with little process and high standards\n\nFirst principle based thinking\n\nAbility to vibe code/build AI agents\n\nPreferred\nTechnical undergraduate degree (math, computer science, engineering, physics) or genuine fluency in how AI models are built and evaluated\n\nExperience at an early-stage or high-growth technology company.\n\nExposure to enterprise sales, deep tech or B2B go-to-market.\n\nCuriosity about mathematics and formal reasoning.
