developing PMO with an opportunity to help establish effective delivery practices. \n\nWork across enterprise technology initiatives without being restricted to one application or technical specialty. \n\nGain exposure to high-priority systems migrations, integrations, and business transformation initiatives. \n\nPartner directly with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. \n\nHow You Will Make An Impact\n\nIndependently manage multiple IT and enterprise projects from initiation through delivery. \n\nInitially support a major HR technology migration and integration initiative before assuming ownership of subsequent project phases and system integrations. \n\nBuild and maintain project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery documentation. \n\nFacilitate planning sessions, project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and delivery reviews. \n\nIdentify risks, delays, dependencies, and resource constraints early rather than waiting until project deadlines are threatened. \n\nProvide clear and transparent project reporting to both delivery teams and senior stakeholders. \n\nHold teams accountable for milestones while maintaining a collaborative working environment. \n\nChallenge unrealistic timelines or assumptions constructively when project conditions require it. \n\nApply Agile/Scrum practices where appropriate while remaining flexible enough to support Waterfall or Hybrid delivery. \n\nCoordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners. \n\nSupport the continued development of consistent PMO governance, reporting, and project-delivery practices. \n\nTransition over time into additional high-priority technology and business initiatives across the enterprise. \n\nRequirements\nAre you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to make an impact?\n\nBring approximately 3 6 years of hands-on IT or enterprise technology project management experience. \n\nDemonstrate successful ownership of technology implementations, integrations, migrations, software projects, digital transformation, or comparable enterprise initiatives. \n\nHave experience taking projects from planning through execution and delivery. \n\nShow strong judgment around project risks, dependencies, escalation, and milestone management. \n\nCommunicate effectively with both senior leadership and hands-on delivery teams. \n\nBe comfortable providing transparent updates when projects are at risk or off track. \n\nHave experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, along with familiarity with Waterfall or Hybrid delivery. \n\nBe capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with limited oversight. \n\nBring experience with project-management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, Planner, monday.com, or comparable platforms. \n\nDemonstrate a collaborative but confident communication style and the ability to push back professionally when necessary. \n\nVendor-management or organizational change-management experience is beneficial. \n\nScrum Master, PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or related
