This role involves managing material transactions, order fulfillment, and documentation, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all core warehouse functions, including receiving, storying handling shipping, and preparing products for customer delivery, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support overall warehouse and logistics operations.\nROLE OBJECTIVE\nThe objective of the Warehouse Associate role is to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of all warehouse operations-including receiving, storing, and shipping materials-while supporting global logistics processes through proper use of SAP and MES systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting customer delivery expectations, and upholding compliance with international shipping and safety standards.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.\nPerform goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping using SAP ECC, or execute real-time inventory transactions through MESto support production and traceability\nProcess outbound shipments, including international documentation(e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, customs forms, Process with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Trucking and selected forwarders.)\nCoordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for export shipments; (Schedule all product distribution and coordinate shipments\nAccurately label and prepare shipments in compliance with international shipping regulations (e.g., INCOTERMS, HTS codes)\nAssist in maintaining accurate inventory through regular cycle countsand audits\nInvestigate and resolve inventory or transaction discrepancies in SAP\nFollow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)and safety guidelinesin warehouse operations\nSupport cross-functional departments, including Production, Quality, and Logistics teams\nSupport Picking and Loading operation as needed.\nCollaborate with other departments to integrate logistics.\nVerify product received, quantity match PO and enters data into the system. \nVerify all shipping paperwork is accurate and complete/sign paperwork (when applicable) and coordinate carrier pickups. \nSafely operate forklift or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, and transportation of goods, operate pallet jacks, or other machinery in order to complete tasks.\nMay also complete tasks such as receiving, returns, inventory, order layout, data entry, and load trucks considering cubic weight, size and characteristics of load. \nMust adhere to Quality Management System.\nParticipate in any special projects requested by Supervisors’ requests. \nQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree is a plus.\n1-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, preferably in a manufacturingor exportenvironment.\nHands-on experience with SAPWM, IM, or EWM modules, as well as MES software, is preferred.\nSolid computer skills, including data entry and working with inventory systems. Must be comfortable using software to enter information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.\nUnderstanding of international shipping documentation and export regulations.\nAbility to operate inventory control equipment, barcode scanners, handheld devices, pallet jacks, and forklifts; forklift certification preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, order picking, and shipping documentation.\nSolid reading skills, including the ability to read orders and match shipping tickets to picked items.\nBasic math skills and logical problem-solving abilities.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to understand and follow instructions.\nGeneral understanding of warehouse layout and operations.\nMust have a valid California driver’s license and a good driving record.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.\nBENEFITS:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance \n401(k) & Employer Matching \nCompany Paid Group Life Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nPaid Federal Holidays\nWork Authorization\n\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
