The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented communicator with the ability to craft tailored outreach to VP- and C-level stakeholders. In this role, you will own omnichannel prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and partner with Account Executives to convert interest into qualified opportunities within large enterprise accounts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct account research and due diligence to identify and qualify high-value enterprise prospects.\n\nDevelop and execute targeted outreach strategies in partnership with Enterprise Sales to engage VP- and C-level stakeholders.\n\nOwn omnichannel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate interest and build relationships with key decision-makers.\n\nCraft personalized messaging that clearly communicates Axion’s value and aligns to executive priorities.\n\nMaintain consistent, organized outreach to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.\n\nPartner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, share market insights, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.\n\nRequirements:\n1-2 years of business development or sales experience in enterprise SaaS environments\n\nExperience engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders at enterprise organizations\n\nFamiliarity with structured prospecting methodologies and pipeline generation best practices\n\nComfort with fast change and ambiguity\n\nWho You Are:\nYou’re a builder and operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
