This is a chance to create a new function for this business.\nGo deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:\nPlan and run lead generation campaigns end-to-end, focused on communications leaders, who make up our ideal customer profile.\n\nOwn paid strategy and spend across search, social and Axios.com house ads.\n\nExpand the reach of our thought leadership, research and content so buyers who don't know us encounter us before they need us.\n\nBuild clean tracking and attribution so we can see which sources produce meetings, opportunities, and closed business.\n\nDeliver recurring reporting the Services leadership team and CEO can act on.\n\nDesign small, measurable tests to size demand in adjacent markets and buyer profiles, and kill the ones that don't work.\n\nGrow and maintain our engaged contacts database with quality people who match our ICP, segmented strategically for ongoing engagement.\n\nPartner with sales and delivery on messaging and outreach strategy, establishing a clear process for input and execution.\n\nThe details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ's mission and values: raise the bar; stay curious; be inclusive, always; and champion each other.
