You'll work closely with development and operations teams, ensuring reliability, stability, and predictability of releases, and optimising infrastructure for high-load environments serving telecom customers across Europe.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and maintain GitOps delivery workflows using ArgoCD and FluxCD\nDeploy and configure Kubernetes clusters across k3s, k8s, and managed cloud (EKS, GKE, AKS)\nDevelop and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize configurations\nApply IaC practices with Terraform and Ansible\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI and Gitea CI\nImplement and evolve the monitoring and logging stack: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager\nAdvise delivery teams deploying solutions to client on-premise environments\nMust-have\n3+ years as a DevOps / SRE engineer\nHands-on Kubernetes: RBAC, Ingress, networking, storage\nArgoCD or FluxCD in production\nHelm and Kustomize\nDocker, Linux, core CI/CD tooling\nScripting in Bash, Python, or Go\nPrometheus + Grafana monitoring setup\nGood to have\nCloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure\nTerraform, Ansible, Vault\nLogging: PLG / Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry\nCI/CD security: image scanning, secrets management\nFirst six months\nMonth 1 — Onboarding and orientation Get familiar with our infrastructure landscape: the existing Kubernetes clusters, ArgoCD/FluxCD pipelines, Helm charts, and monitoring stack. Review documentation, shadow team members, and gain access to all relevant environments. By the end of the first month, you should have a solid understanding of our components, architecture decisions, and deployment workflows.\nMonths 2–3 — Contributing independently Start handling smaller tasks: submitting merge requests for Helm chart updates, CI/CD pipeline adjustments, and configuration changes. Participate in code reviews, respond to routine alerts, and begin contributing to infrastructure improvements with guidance from the team. By month three, you should be comfortable working within our GitOps workflow and delivering changes end-to-end with minimal supervision.\nMonths 4–6 — Taking ownership Take on more complex tasks: designing new pipeline stages, troubleshooting production incidents, optimising cluster configurations, and proposing infrastructure improvements.
