It ensures alignment between business needs and delivery teams, supporting strategic goals and improving operational efficiency through agile product ownership.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nDefine and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with AXIS strategy and stakeholder needs.\n\nLead operational readiness for product launches, ensuring systems and processes are aligned.\n\nTranslate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams.\n\nManage and prioritize the Operations product backlog to focus on high-impact initiatives.\n\nFacilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with delivery teams.\n\nTrack and report Agile delivery metrics to monitor team performance and product impact.\n\nChampion Agile principles and coach team members on best practices and continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure user feedback is continuously gathered and integrated into product iterations.\n\nEmpower cross-functional teams to make decisions and deliver value independently.\n\nUse Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate priorities.\n\nYou may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities, and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.\nAbout You\nWe encourage you to bring your own experience and expertise. While some qualifications are required, we welcome diverse backgrounds that support our goals.\nWhat you need to have:\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in Insurance with minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment\n\nBackground in Operations transformation and insurance systems integration.\n\nKnowledge of P&C Commercial and Specialty lines, including North American and Global Operations.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to express complex ideas clearly and visually.\n\nFamiliarity with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.\n\nWhat we prefer you to have:\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.\n\nExperience with AI tools in Specialty Insurance Operations.\n\nRole Factors\nIn this role, you will typically be required to:\nBe in the office a minimum of 3 days per week\n\nTravel internationally as needed\n\nWhat we offer\nWe expect to offer a base salary between for $175,000 and $260,000.
