We’re looking for an experienced Application Specialist to develop Maestro, our planning application, and help it support demand and supply planning across the business.\nIn this role, you’ll connect business needs with technology. You’ll work with colleagues to understand their needs, lead discussions about possible solutions, and turn ideas into practical improvements. If you’re curious, open-minded, and enjoy bringing people together to solve problems, we’d like to hear from you.\nYour future team\nYou’ll join our ERP and PLM Applications team, which is responsible for several business-critical applications at Axis. We work across the full application lifecycle, from day-to-day support to continuous improvement and upgrades. We also collaborate with colleagues and partners around the world.\nWhat you’ll do as an Application Specialist\nMaestro supports demand and supply planning at Axis. In this role, you’ll develop the application and the processes around it, helping ensure the solution meets the needs of a growing global organization.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLead discussions and workshops to understand business needs, explore options, and agree on the scope of solutions.\nIdentify gaps between current functionality and new requirements, and recommend practical solutions.\nConfigure and implement new features, while simplifying and standardizing existing functionality.\nDefine and support inbound and outbound integrations with Maestro. \nWork with business stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to develop and deliver improvements. \nCollaborate with our Infrastructure team on monitoring, performance, and ongoing system improvements. \nContribute to application support, upgrades, and lifecycle management. \nWho are you?\nYou have experience with business applications for demand and supply planning, either from the IT side or as an experienced super user.\nYou enjoy understanding how people, processes, and technology work together. You’re comfortable guiding discussions, asking thoughtful questions, and helping stakeholders reach a shared understanding.\nYou’re curious and open-minded. You consider different perspectives, challenge assumptions constructively, and adapt your view when the evidence points to a better solution.
