You will build a strong and inclusive team culture, set clear expectations and priorities, and support both experienced experts and emerging talents in their development.\nYou are comfortable leading highly experienced specialists and creating the arena for them to succeed. We tackle complex challenges in real-time image processing, advanced video compression, and state-of-the-art computer vision, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in surveillance technology using the latest techniques and tools.\nThe team also hosts the competence center for FPGA design at Axis.
