Do you thrive in a role that combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination to deliver impactful results?\nYour future team\nWe’re growing our AXIS OS Security and Compliance team in Lund, Sweden, and are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to help lead our work.\nIn this role, you’ll guide software projects from planning through delivery within the AXIS OS Security and Compliance domain. Your projects will support Linux user-space platform functionality, with a focus on delivering broad security solutions, as well as compliance with requirements such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Common Criteria, and other standards and regulations.\nYou’ll work with teams across AXIS to strengthen the security and reliability of AXIS OS, while helping make the platform straightforward for developers to use. You’ll also help us address existing compliance obligations and prepare for requirements as they emerge around the world.\nYou’ll collaborate with development teams, product management, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track, aligned with their goals, and delivered to a high standard. The role gives you the opportunity to lead projects involving advanced technologies and contribute to AXIS’s continued focus on quality and reliability.\nTo get to know more about AXIS OS and listen to some of our colleagues, check this out: Get to know the AXIS OS team.\nWhat You'll Do as a Software Project Manager\nLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple software development projects within the AXIS OS Security and Compliance domain. \nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, tracking progress against milestones and budgets. \nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. \nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and other internal and external stakeholders. \nMonitor and report on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and outcomes to all relevant parties. \nEnsure adherence to AXIS's software development lifecycle processes and quality standards. \nDrive continuous improvement in project management practices and team execution. \nManage dependencies across various projects and teams, ensuring alignment with overall program goals. \nWho You Are\nYou’re an organized and driven project manager who takes initiative and keeps things moving towards clear outcomes.
