If yes, we’d love to hear from you!\nAxis’ Business Development, Solutions & Services team is seeking a Business Development Manager, Body Worn Solutions to join our growing team in the Americas.\nWhat you’ll do here as Business Development Manager, Body Worn Solutions?\nCultivate and sustain growth through identifying new opportunities and prospecting, to drive sales\nMaintain key relationships while developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets\nPromote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants and end users on the benefits of the Axis body worn solution\nWhile owning localized strategic plans; serve as the internal resource and subject matter expert on the Axis body worn solution for the business area\nExecute plans in accordance with team strategic objectives, demand generation, KPIs and program goals and report monthly on progress\nDemonstrate a consultative mindset, along with a value-based sales approach by asking insightful questions to drive growth, rather than simply recommending products\nConduct product demonstrations and presentations\nForecasting, including opportunity and pipeline management\nMaintain knowledge of body worn solutions and industry trends\nCollaborate with Solutions Engineers to solicit, compile and prioritize market feedback\nWho are we looking for/Who are you?\nProven ability to build trusted relationships and meet or exceed revenue targets\nStrong negotiation skills and a particular focus on attention to detail\nExcellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills\nResiliency, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable\nAn ideal mix of business & technical acumen\nConsistent in follow-up and execution\nWe'd love to hear that you have/are:\nBachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience\n5+ years in either sales or business development, ideally in the physical security market (preferably with experience in body worn solutions)\nExperience with Salesforce & Microsoft 365 suite\nExperience in account management and generating new business\nValued but not required skills or experience:\nKnowledge of market segments that include; public safety, healthcare, education & retail\nKnowledge of the RFP process & state contracts\nPhysical demands:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nRequired to lift 20-40 lbs.\nRegional, 70% maximum required & car allowance provided\nTarget Salary:\nThe approximate pay range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000 OTE on a 70/30 split. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
