We are now looking for a Design for Test Engineer to join our Fixed Dome Industrialization Production and Test team in Lund. A role where you will be part of our development projects, cooperating with other disciplines to ensure a smooth and well-functioning production flow.\nWho is your future team?\nThe Industrialization Production & Test teams are responsible for Axis production flow, which includes defining and developing all steps from post Printed Circuit Board Assembly to a fully assembled Axis product.\nYou will be part of a diverse and experienced team with Design for Test Engineers, PCBA Test Design engineers and Design for Production Engineers with many opportunities to influence your personal development as well as the direction of the team. At Axis we believe in the driving force of the individuals and our core values Act as one, Always Open and Think Big play a central role in everything we do.\nWhat you will do as a Design for Test Engineer\nIn your role as a Design for Test engineer you secure all production tests except PCBA test. You work in close cooperation with colleagues from our operations organization and project team members from R&D. You integrate different test solutions developed by the Production Platform teams and you participate in the development projects from the early concept phase to mass production. More precisely your role includes:\nPlan and implement the production test system and in cooperation with your colleagues ensure that the test flow is optimized and with the right quality level\nIntegrate hardware and software into our production test systems\nConfigure test sequences in National Instruments TestStand \nSecure test hardware for various prototype builds, both internal and at production partners\nWho are we looking for/Who are you?\nWe believe that you are curious and have a methodical approach to structuring your work and solving problems. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are not afraid of making changes and trying new methods and approaches.
