Your objective is to capture maximum growth potential in the market by building up strong channel infrastructure, which is composed of Distributors and all kinds of Channel Partners.\nThe role includes managing the Distributor relationship and continuing growth. You will empower the Distributors by managing their continuous training, coaching and education. You will set targets and continuously evaluate the performance of the Distributors to ensure that Axis has the best Distributors in the market.\nYou will take an active role in driving revenue growth in the region to meet set targets. You will use your skills and knowledge to implement and improve the region’s sales processes, tools and guidelines.\nThis position will be based in Sydney, with a requirement to travel.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccount management of Distributors in the market, acting as their main contact\nRecruit new Partners into the Channel Partner Program\nTraining, advising and educating Partners on Axis’ products and services\nManaging stock levels, stock rotations and product mix\nPlanning, implementing and following-up with Distributors’ marketing activities with the local Marketing Manager\nEvaluating the performance of each Distributor\nAchieving set annual and quarterly target\nProfile (Requirements for this job)\nQualification and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\nExperience in a similar position\nTrack record of reaching sales targets\nImportant skills, abilities, knowledge for this role:\nBearer of our culture\nDriven and self-motivated team player\nGood knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications· \nGood organisational skills, and able to manage multiple priorities· \nExcellent communication skills\nAble to build and maintain relationships with customers\nType of Employment\nPermanent EmploymentPosting End Date\n2026-11-29Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
