We are searching for our newest Event Specialist. This person will primarily manage our tradeshow programs, with support for hosted conferences and internal events . If you color-code your shopping lists, ponder how that movie set was built, or take guilty pleasure in building budgets - you’re one of us and we want to hear from you!\nThis role is based in our Chelmsford, MA headquarters and expected to be in-office at least 4 days a week.\nWhat you’ll do here as an Event Specialist:\nCore responsibilities include the strategic project management of assigned event programs, with team support for other creative endeavors as needed.\nGeneral responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nOwn the planning and execution of assigned Axis conferences, tradeshows, and internal events.\nManage planning process, meetings, stakeholder communication, and attendee journey.\nOnsite lead for internal/external attendees, vendors, and speakers.\nSponsorship strategy, show branding.\nFacilitate event service orders, shipping, activities, lead processing, event software platform build out, promotional orders, and all other logistical functions.\nBudget ownership for respective programs - building, reconciling, and forecasting.\nManage vendor relationships and support sourcing of vendors and systems as needed.\nCollaborate cross-functionally across the organization to understand our offerings, market landscape, and operations, aligning events to support the achievement of our company goals.\nWho are we looking for/Who are you?\nSuperior attention to detail\nExceptional organizational skills\nAbility to responsibly prioritize and multitask in a time sensitive environment\nTop notch communicator\nQuick and creative problem solver\nOutgoing, professional, and welcoming demeanor\nFlexible and cross-functional team player\nWe'd love to hear that you have/are:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing or related field\n5+ years of event coordinating experience\n5+ years customer service experience\nNot required, but awesome if you have them:\nCertified Meeting Planner (CMP)\nCertified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM)\nCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)\nTarget Salary:\nThe approximate pay range for this role is $75K- $85K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
