Ensuring that end customer documentation is managed and maintained.\nYou will spend meaningful time engaging with clients and building new and existing relationships to create trust, share product knowledge and be solutions focused.\nThis position is based in Brisbane, and there will be a requirement to travel.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nWork directly with our established key focused accounts and seek new business opportunities\nMaintain long-term partnerships with both focused and development accounts\nDevelop clear business plans for the End-customers’ accounts or another portfolio as designated aligned with business strategy\nSet annual targets on each account and continuously follow up on set KPI’s\nActively participate in trade shows, seminars, webinars and other promotional sales activities\nPrepare reports for new and key focused accounts\nProfile (Requirements for this job)\nQualification and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business or equivalent\nSignificant experience in a similar sales position / sales target achievement’s\nStrategic thinker, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\nExperience working autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in building lasting relationships and working with consultants and segment customers (desirable)\nDesirable to have worked with hardware and/or software products.\nGood organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities.\nGood knowledge of IT networking, IP-based technologies, and applications (desirable)\nGood knowledge of Salesforce (desirable)\nPro-active self-motivated team player\nStrong negotiation skills\nBeing a bearer of our company culture.\nType of Employment\nPermanent EmploymentPosting End Date\n2026-11-29Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
