We create value by automating processes, keeping operational disruptions to a minimum, and staying ahead of how the digital workplace is changing.\nWhat you'll do as Linux Specialist\nOur platforms support both our enterprise IT services and the infrastructure behind our manufacturing environment. Keeping them robust is key to delivering the quality Axis is known for. In this role, you'll:\nDevelop and maintain secure, resilient Linux-based platforms that support Axis' IT environment and product manufacturing\nTake technical ownership of key security and infrastructure services, including certificate and secrets management, cryptographic infrastructure and DNS\nBuild and improve automation using infrastructure as code and Git-based workflows, with tools such as GitHub Actions and Ansible/AWX\nEvaluate new technologies and solutions, and shape the architecture of our platforms\nPlan lifecycle management so our platforms stay current and fit for purpose\nWork closely with operations teams to make sure solutions are well documented and supported\nWho you are\nYou're an experienced Linux infrastructure professional who combines deep technical knowledge with a broad understanding of what it takes to run stable operations. You're curious and motivated by solving complex technical challenges. You take ownership and drive improvements, with a genuine interest in standardization, automation, and modern infrastructure practices.
