You enjoy solving problems, challenging established ways of working, and continuously learning. You take initiative and suggest solutions to improve - not just pointing out issues but always bringing ideas to the table.\nYou are structured in your approach, communicate clearly, and understand both the technical and collaborative aspects of software quality.
