For us, it’s important to support the organization in a customer-oriented, timely and professional way.\nIn this role you will:\nGive support and solve cases through our internal support system, phone and face-to-face. \nPrioritize your work and handle the cases in a structural way. \nPractice our collective agreement (Teknikavtalet), Swedish labor law and Axis policies.\nHR administration will be a big part of your daily work. You will be administrating documentation connected to the employee, such as employment contracts, HR system updates and other tasks regarding leave applications, time reporting and preparation before salary payment.\nWho are we looking for? \nWe are looking for a thorough and structured coordinator, who enjoys working with people. We believe that you have a positive attitude and an eagerness to develop yourself and the services that you are providing to our employees. You are service-minded and have a high level of integrity and professionalism.\nWork at Axis is based on responsibility, which requires you to be proactive, curious and self-motivated to move forward. You will work together with an experienced HR team handling cases in a high pace environment requiring the same from you. Working in HR Helpdesk is about meeting and supporting colleagues.
