You will help customers and partners build the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed with Axis products and IP network technologies.\nYou will lead engaging in person and virtual training experiences, deliver webinars and podcasts, and continuously improve educational content to meet the evolving needs of our customers and the industries we serve. You will combine technical expertise, creativity, communication, and relationship building to help others succeed.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver exceptional learning experiences\nLead engaging in person and remote technical training sessions, courses, webinars, and podcasts.\nMake complex technical concepts approachable, relevant, and practical for diverse audiences.\nAdapt your presentation style and approach to meet different learning needs and respond in the moment.\nTurn technical knowledge into real world impact\nDevelop, update, and refine training materials to reflect evolving products, technologies, and customer needs.\nResearch industry trends and understand how different markets can benefit from Axis solutions.\nAssess training needs and contribute to the development of relevant, effective learning programs.\nGather and evaluate customer feedback to continually improve the training experience.\nBuild relationships and represent Axis\nServe as an ambassador for Axis training programs, products, and new technology initiatives.\nEstablish strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.\nCollaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, strengthen technical capabilities, and support business objectives.\nCreate an outstanding training environment\nMaintain training facilities, equipment, and technology to ensure a professional and effective learning experience.\nTake ownership of training preparation, delivery, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nWe are looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with a genuine passion for helping others learn.\nFour or more years of experience in technical training, education, or a related field.\nA technical background in IP technologies, networking, or a strong passion for learning and teaching technical concepts.\nKnowledge of networking technologies, including switching or routing.\nStrong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.\nThe ability to engage an audience, adapt to changing classroom needs, and make technical information easy to understand.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.\nA self motivated, resourceful, flexible, and detail oriented approach.\nA collaborative mindset and the confidence to take initiative.\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:\nNetwork video surveillance, CCTV, or IP network cameras.\nTechnical support, technical sales, or customer education.\nIndustry sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, banking, or government.\nRelevant technical certifications, such as networking or security industry credentials.\nA degree in a related technical or educational field.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe approximate compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 in Total Target Compensation.\nActual compensation will depend on factors including qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and work location.\nAxis offers a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, company paid life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, company events, and additional benefits.\nThe Experience You Can Expect\nThis is more than a classroom training role.
