When the company wins, you win too.\nJob Type: Full-time, hourly\nPay Range: $23.50 - $26.50, hourly\nLocation: Fully onsite in Chandler, AZ\nThe Marketing Support Coordinator plays a hands-on role in supporting Axis’s brand through merchandise management, inventory coordination, order fulfillment, and marketing operations. This position maintains company apparel and promotional inventory, prepares and ships packages, assembles new hire uniform kits, handles supply pickups and deliveries, and supports marketing initiatives across the organization.\nThis is an entry-level position with a strong emphasis on physical work, organization, and reliability. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in accurate and organized work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the marketing team and broader business.\nWhat You’ll Own\nMerchandise & Inventory Management\nKeep company merchandise inventory organized, accurate, and accessible.\nReceive, count, inspect, store, and track apparel, promotional items, and branded materials.\nPrepare merchandise orders for teammates, customers, events, and company initiatives.\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs, including commonly requested uniform sizes.\nMaintain inventory records and update quantities as items are received, packed, and distributed.\nKeep merchandise storage and packing areas clean and orderly.\nPackage Shipping & Order Fulfillment\nPick, pack, and ship apparel, promotional products, and other branded materials to branches and teammates nationwide.\nVerify item quantities, sizes, recipient information, and shipping addresses before sending orders.\nPrepare shipping labels, packing slips, and any required shipment documentation.\nPackage items securely and coordinate carrier pickups or drop-offs.\nRecord tracking information and provide shipment updates as needed.\nAssist with shipment discrepancies, returns, and size exchanges.\nMonitor shipping supplies and communicate when boxes, labels, tape, or other materials need to be replenished.\nNew Hire Uniform Preparation\nAssemble and pack uniform kits for new teammates using approved onboarding requests.\nConfirm clothing sizes, item quantities, branch requirements, and delivery details before packing.\nCoordinate with the teammates responsible for onboarding to ensure uniform kits are prepared and shipped in time for new hire arrivals.\nCheck each kit for accuracy, presentation, and completeness.\nCommunicate inventory shortages or missing information promptly so orders can move forward.\nAssist with follow-up uniform needs, including size exchanges and missing items.\nBranding & Merchandise Production\nPress and prepare branded hats and apparel.\nApply decals to hard hats, helmets, and other branded equipment.\nInspect finished items to ensure they meet Axis brand standards and quality expectations.\nPrepare completed merchandise for storage, packing, and distribution.\nTransportation & Logistics\nPick up supplies, merchandise, and materials from vendors and partner locations.\nRegularly travel to supplier locations, including Apache Junction and surrounding areas, to transport inventory back to headquarters.\nSafely load, unload, and move merchandise, supplies, and equipment.\nComplete local shipping drop-offs and deliveries as needed.\nAssist with event setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials.\nMarketing Team Support\nAssist the marketing team with projects and special initiatives.\nSupport company events, trade shows, recruiting events, and office activities.\nAssemble promotional materials, marketing kits, and event packages.\nProvide hands-on support for company-wide campaigns and other projects as needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on physical work.\nReliability, dependability, and strong organizational skills.\nAttention to detail when checking sizes, quantities, shipping information, and order accuracy.\nA positive attitude and team-first mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nComfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.\nA strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nClear communication about order status, inventory needs, and potential delays.\nWillingness to learn shipping systems and inventory processes.\nInterest in marketing, branding, logistics, or operations is a plus.\nRequirements\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nAbility to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, bend, lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.\nComfort driving company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries.\nAbility to work fully onsite in Chandler, AZ.\nNo previous marketing or merchandising experience is required.\nCandidates with backgrounds in warehouse operations, retail, inventory management, shipping and receiving, hospitality, trades, delivery services, or general labor are highly encouraged to apply.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThe Marketing Support Coordinator helps ensure teammates have what they need and that the Axis brand shows up consistently and professionally across the organization.
