This role involves establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and peers, performing required administrative duties, and handling other tasks as assigned.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInstall, set up, test, qualify, and commission semiconductor photonics and precision automation equipment at customer sites.\nPerform equipment installation and acceptance activities, including Site Acceptance Test (SAT), system verification, calibration, and performance validation.\nPerform equipment calibration and measurement using precision test instruments.\nConduct systematic root-cause analysis of equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport customers in resolving equipment and process-related issues affecting yield, quality, accuracy, repeatability, and equipment uptime.\nWork closely with customer process and equipment engineers to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.\nProvide technical training to customers and internal staff on equipment operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic photonics principles.\nPrepare accurate and timely service reports, maintenance records, calibration reports, troubleshooting reports, and technical documentation.\nEnsure compliance with laser safety, electrical safety, cleanroom requirements, EHS standards, and company/customer procedures during all service activities.\nPerform other technical and field-service duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.\nRelevant hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment, photonics systems, precision automation or related high-tech equipment.\nGood understanding of fundamental photonics and optical principles\nHands-on experience with laser systems and optical alignment is highly preferred.\nKnowledge of precision motion control, servo motors, stages, encoders, sensors, PLCs, and industrial automation systems is an advantage.\nExperience working in a semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom environment is preferred.\nGood understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes will be an advantage.\nWillingness to travel within the region and internationally for equipment installation, commissioning, servicing, and customer
