This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and people-supporting everything from onboarding to office tasks and leadership logistics.\nThis is an entry-level role with high visibility and real ownership. We are not looking for a traditional admin or office manager. We’re looking for someone with a vibrant personality, strong communication skills, can-do attitude and pride in creating great experiences for others.\nWhat You’ll Own\nTeammate Experience & Culture\nOwn and enhance the day-to-day teammate experience at HQ\nHelp plan and support office culture initiatives, lunches, celebrations, and internal events\nBring positive energy, warmth, and consistency to the workplace\nNew Employee Onboarding\nCoordinate onboarding logistics for new hires\nPrepare, organize, and ship new-employee welcome packets\nHelp ensure every new teammate feels welcomed, supported, and excited on day one\nBrand & First Impressions\nServe as a welcoming presence for guests, vendors, and teammates\nMaintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned office environment\nHelp ensure the office reflects Axis standards and culture\nLeadership & Travel Coordination\nCoordinate hotels and travel logistics for leadership\nAssist with office coordination and logistics such as purchasing office supplies or team apparel\nSupport facility management such as pest control, inventory, etc.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA vibrant, people-oriented personality with a professional presence\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nNaturally detail-driven and dependable\nBrand-aware-you care how things look, feel, and are experienced\nComfortable supporting leaders and interacting with teammates at all levels\nA proactive self-starter that can manage and balance multiple tasks at once\nSomeone who is comfortable working in a multi-faceted role\nExcited to grow, learn, and take ownership in a fast-growing company\nNo management experience required.\nBackgrounds in hospitality, events, customer service, retail, or office coordination are a plus-but not required.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThe Brand & Experience Coordinator plays a meaningful role in shaping how Axis feels-every single day.
