We're a company with big ambitions - plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement!\n\nPosition Description: The Project Manager is responsible for execution of automation projects from award kickoff through closure, with significant responsibilities including customer support, performance relative to schedule and cost objectives, and scope tracking. Duties include but are not limited to:\nFollow active equipment projects from customer order through completion\nAssess project issues and identify solutions to meet customer, quality and cost goals\nAbility to review project requirements and identify scope changes\nExecute to various customer milestones and coordinate all relevant necessary resources\nInteract with suppliers and cross functional team members from Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management and Manufacturing to solicit input establishing project proposals\nLead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis\nPreparation and communication of project status meetings and escalation of critical issues.\nProfessional management of customer relationship and requests\nReal-time communication with Axis departments on project developments\nAssist in supporting other company-wide projects and departments as needed\nDevelop tools and best practices for project management and execution\nComplete “lessons learned” evaluations to help improve on future projects\nTravel to support project milestones, meet customers, and support occasional proposal activities\nChampion Our Operating Principles: You will be expected to actively embody and uphold our ten Operating Principles, which guide us in every action and decision at Axis Automation.
