We are seeking a detail-oriented and operationally rigorous HR Generalist to own and execute critical employee lifecycle processes across Global R&D. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of workforce processes.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep Workday fluency, strong cross-functional partnership skills, and a mindset focused on leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, colleagues within People Operations, and employees, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery - always embodying Axon’s values in every decision and interaction.\nWhat You’ll Do \nSupport leaders and projects in execution of global People Operations programs and initiatives.\nProvide front line support to managers and leaders in a variety of ways, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and special initiatives\nAct as a superuser for HR and compliance systems and steward of employee data; generating and analyzing reports with a high level of data integrity.\nProvide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes which enhance the employee experience.\nCoach and advise leaders on employee relations best practices and proactive risk mitigation.\nLead and embed initiatives to integrate AI and automation into HR workflows.\nWhere needed, support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews.\nCoach and advise leaders on employee relations best practices and proactive risk mitigation.\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Program Management experience.\nExperience leading or significantly contributing to AI, HRIS, or process automation initiatives (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Chatbots, or HR analytics tools).\nStrong understanding of employee lifecycle processes\nExperience supporting global organizations preferred\nHigh attention to detail with strong data governance orientation\nAbility to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment\nPersonal Attributes\nCurious about technology and passionate about innovation in HR. Willingness to push the boundaries of the possible.\nProactive, focused and delivery oriented.\nStrong analytics, familiarity with data analysis; advanced Excel and WorkDay experience a plus\nUnderstanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations.\nThrives in cross-functional collaboration, embodying Axon’s Join Forces approach to solving challenges.\nLocation: Hybrid Presence based out of either of our Axon hub locations in Seattle or Scottsdale.
