You will independently manage day-to-day needs within your assigned area, resolve routine issues, and partner with L5/L4 Leads to support the broader operation. This role builds leadership, manufacturing process knowledge, and cross-functional communication skills.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLocation: Onsite at Axon manufacturing facility - Pinnacle \nReports to: L5/L4 Line Lead and/or Manufacturing Supervisor\nDirect Reports: Operators assigned to the production area\nSupport daily production plans by understanding output goals, staffing needs, quality requirements, and changing floor priorities.\nMonitor assigned work areas, identify bottlenecks or downtime, and take appropriate action to keep production moving safely and efficiently.\nFollow manufacturing procedures and understand when to initiate or support NCMRs, escalations, and Engineering Work Orders (EWOs).\nSupport EWO execution by communicating approved instructions, confirming the team follows the required process, and raising questions or concerns.\nProvide operators with clear direction, coaching, and timely feedback while reinforcing safety, quality, attendance, and performance expectations.\nCommunicate professionally with operators, technicians, engineers, and L5/L4 Leads to resolve routine issues and share relevant production updates.\nMaintain accurate handoffs and follow through on assigned actions, open issues, and shift priorities.\nIdentify recurring problems and improvement opportunities, and bring recommendations or concerns to the L5/L4 Lead or supervisor.\nWhat You Bring\nManufacturing or production experience with a strong understanding of floor procedures, quality, and safety expectations.\nExperience providing work direction, training, coaching, or support to teammates; prior leadership experience is beneficial.\nWorking knowledge of production goals, basic performance metrics, NCMR processes, escalation paths, and EWO requirements, or the ability to learn them.\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills; able to recognize when an issue needs additional support.\nDemonstrates Axon Values through ownership, teamwork, candor, quality-focused decisions, and a willingness to pursue improvements.\nBenefits that Benefit You\nCompetitive salary and 401k with employer match\nDiscretionary paid time off\nPaid parental leave for all\nMedical, Dental, Vision plans\nFitness Programs\nEmotional & Mental Wellness support\nLearning & Development programs\nEmployee Resource Groups (ERGs)\nAnd yes, we have snacks in our offices\nBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
