Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.\nReporting to: Manager, Regional Support & Technical Account Management\n Travel expectations: up to ~40% (variably in-country and across Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics)\nLocation: working remotely unless you are travelling to customer sites\nYour Impact\nAs the Technical Implementation Manager, you will be tasked with driving customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions, with the objective of grant a successful adoption and use of our technology for the Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region. Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive a successful adoption through persistence and execution.\nYour Day to Day\nBecome the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of both current and expanding product deployments.\nServe as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and any strategic delivery partners.\nFollow-up on all requests submitted from customers.\nWork with the sales team to support existing customers.\nManage tickets and RMA and work with internal teams from the identify of an issue and through the entire life cycle of the adoption.\nTravel may be required, up to 40%, nationally and internationally.\nCoordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers.\nFocus on customer loyalty\nProactively look out for customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Axon products\nFacilitate integration with existing customer platforms.\nInstallation and commissioning\nWhat You’ll Bring\nFluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential.\nTactically focused on managing customer success adoption.\nMission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks.\nStrong technical foundation including working knowledge of:Enterprise networking including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.\nSaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration.\nWindows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts.\nIntegration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems.\nTechnical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains.\n\nThe ability to legally live in territory, and travel to other countries as required. This may require you to personally obtain work and travel visas.\nThe ability to work with all levels in an organization effectively and build strong partnerships.\nStrong computer skills - proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools (i.e. Salesforce, Trello, etc.).\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
