We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.\nContribute to engineering architecture design reviews, incorporating AI-driven insights and system modeling\nWork to a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including high quality execution of AI-generated code and patterns\nContribute to adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization\nWork across teams with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions\nImprove your engineering workflows by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into planning and execution\nBuild services that adhere to high standards on availability and latency in a mission-critical environment\nLeverage AI systems to optimize performance, observability, and operational efficiency\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n5+ years of professional software development experience\nExperience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems\nBackend service experience in multiple managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar\nExperience with SQL or NoSQL data stores\nExperience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows\nStrong understanding of how AI can be applied to improve developer productivity, system design, and operational efficiency\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
