The opportunity allows candidates to join a dynamic Tax Advisory team within a leading organization., who will play a pivotal role in managing complex intercompany pricing projects for a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in transfer pricing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.\nKey duties & Responsibilities\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nSupport the end-to-end delivery of Transfer Pricing projects, coordinating workstreams and ensuring timely and high-quality execution.\nPrepare and review transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and reports.\nSupport the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies.\nConduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.\nAssist in managing audits and responding to queries from tax authorities.\nDeveloping and maintaining client relationships. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, finance, and legal).\nStay up to date with OECD guidelines and Greek transfer pricing regulations.\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\nWe are looking for a professional who aligns with our values and has the following qualifications and skills:\n\n Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, or Economics) will be considered a strong asset.\n Experience: 4-5 years of dedicated transfer pricing or international tax experience.\n Tecnhical Knowledge: Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and Greek regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.\n Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.\n Time & Project Management: Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively.\n Professionalism & Integrity: Commitment to confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.
