This role is on our Product Design team and collaborates closely with Product Management and Development from ideation to launch. As a senior contributor, you will draw on your expertise, UX research, and best practices to help shape the future of our user experience, meticulously crafting valuable solutions that delight our users.\nWhat You’ll Build\nDrive Strategy:\nUnderstand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and motivations using analytics and user research \nCraft journey maps, workflows, personas, and other artifacts to articulate research insights and ground cross-functional conversations\nSolve problems with a systems-thinking mindset, considering the broader customer journey and wider platform context \nCollaborate with Product Managers to analyze findings and shape product roadmaps \nOwn the End to End Design Process:\nTransform customer insights, business goals, and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences that solve real user problems\nLead projects through the design lifecycle end to end - from research through wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and implementation \nContribute to and evolve our design system, interaction patterns, and platform best practices\nChampion Design As a Discipline:\nUnderstand and advocate for the user in all projects \nCreate and contribute to processes that increase team efficiency and ensure design excellence\nProactively share knowledge, methods, and ways of working with the team to foster growth and excellence \nCollaborate Cross-Functionally\nPartner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross functional teams to define strategy and create solutions \nDrive alignment across teams with clear storytelling and design rationale\nWhat You’ll Bring\nYou are an experienced designer with 5+ years experience designing digital products at scale\nYou think in systems and experiences. You consider information architecture, navigation, and workflows to create intuitive patterns that scale. \nYou are able to balance long term strategy with iterative improvements that quickly move the needle for users. \nYou are a team player. You put as much care into your collaboration as you do your craft. \nYou can clearly articulate design rationale and drive alignment within complex groups of cross functional stakeholders at all levels of the business \nYou have adopted AI as a part of your design craft and stay up to date on the best ways to design with and for AI\nYou are comfortable adapting quickly to the evolving needs of a scale-up that is making bold plays in the market \nNice to Have: Experience designing for SAAS products\nWork Location\nThis role is open to candidates based in and eligible to work in Canada or the United States. Here’s what you can expect:\nCompetitive Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this role is:\n$129,000 - $154,000 - $179,000 CAD for candidates based in Canada\n$158,000 - $183,000 - $208,000 USD for candidates based in the US\nThis range reflects growth from building capability in the role to fully excelling over time, with most new hires joining near the midpoint.
