You will lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of engineers responsible for configuring, operating, and automating infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure for global stakeholders. By collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT, you will design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex technical implementations.\nResponsibilities\nLead and technically guide a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers responsible for configuring, operating, and automating cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure.\nDefine and execute the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations.\nOversee core cloud governance areas, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), perimeter security, account lifecycles, Infrastructure-as-Code ownership, and cloud cost optimization.\nDesign, implement, and document operating principles, architectural best practices, and complex troubleshooting solutions for cross-functional technology teams.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7+ years of experience managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n4+ years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling, such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or GitOps.\n4+ years of experience in software development using a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, GoLang, or JavaScript.\n3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExtensive experience with Linux administration and networking protocols within public cloud environments.\nHands-on experience deploying and managing container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.\nDemonstrated experience building, securing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure designed for high availability.\nDocumented experience collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT teams to integrate infrastructure solutions.\nProfessional proficiency in written and verbal English to author operating principles and technical documentation for global stakeholders.\n#LI-LN1 #LI-REMOTE\nAxonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages.
