This is a hands-on development manager with an architect's mindset, someone who leads teams while remaining deeply engaged in technical design and code review. As AVP, Software Development Manager - OutSystems, you will be responsible for designing and implementing applications to digitize and automate business processes and to enhance our digital banking platform.
