$140,000.00 /Yr.Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.\nEligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.\nAbout This Job\nThe Accounting Systems & Data Integration Analyst supports Accounting & Finance initiatives involving Jack Henry SilverLake, Enterprise Workflow (EWF), supplemental project support for Loan IQ, and related banking applications.This role serves as both a technical and functional resource responsible for JHA EWF workflow automation, integration development, transaction-to-GL mapping, reconciliations, data validation, testing, reporting, and production support across lending, deposit, treasury, and accounting operations.\nThe position partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Enterprise Data, Technology, Audit, Jack Henry, and third-party vendors to support Finance modernization efforts and ensure the integrity of financial data and accounting processes.\nThe role also leverages AI-enabled tools to accelerate requirements analysis, testing, documentation, reconciliation reviews, workflow development, issue resolution, and automation opportunities.\nResponsibilities:\nBanking Core & Systems Support\nSupport Jack Henry SilverLake, EWF, Synergy and Loan IQ project support, and related banking platforms.\nDesign, develop, test, and support workflow and integration solutions.\nSupport banking core enhancements and Finance modernization initiatives.\nIntegration & Data Management\nDevelop and maintain integrations between banking platforms and Finance systems.\nSupport transaction-to-GL mapping and accounting data flows.\nAnalyze accounting impacts of operational transactions.\nPerform data validation and reconciliation reviews.\nBusiness Analysis & Solution Delivery\nGather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.\nSupport interface development, workflow enhancements, system upgrades, and deployments.\nCoordinate testing, implementation, and production readiness activities.\nGovernance, Controls & Compliance\nSupport SOX, audit, regulatory, and operational control requirements.\nAssist with control validation, issue remediation, and documentation.\nEnsure solutions align with governance and risk management standards.\nOperational Support\nTroubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities.\nCoordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues.\nMaintain operational runbooks and support procedures.\nAI-Enabled Productivity & Automation\nUtilize AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, testing, and reporting.\nIdentify automation opportunities that improve scalability, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.\nSupport modernization of reporting, reconciliations, workflows, and operational processes.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree\n10+ years of experience supporting system integrations, data interfaces, and enterprise application implementations within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.\nStrong experience with Jack Henry (JHA) platforms, including integrations supporting General Ledger, Deposits, Loans, Customer Information Files (CIF), reporting, and downstream financial systems.\nDemonstrated experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting interfaces between JHA and enterprise applications, data warehouses, reporting platforms, and third-party solutions.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SQL, file-based integrations, APIs, data mapping, and production support processes.\nWorking knowledge of Accounting & Finance operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, loan and deposit processing, data controls, and transaction lifecycle management.\nExperience supporting system implementations, conversions, upgrades, and integration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation activities.\nAxos Employee Benefits May Include:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance\n\nPaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)\n\nHSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits\n\n401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan\n\nEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading\n\nAbout Axos\nBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
