Assist with reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis that help monitor performance, identify trends, and strengthen data-driven decision making. Work under the guidance of senior analysts to ensure data quality, documentation, and reporting standards are met.Responsibilities\nPerform assigned analytical work in a manner consistent with policies, data handling standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Complete required training and follow established reporting and documentation practices.\n\nExtract, validate, and organize data from Bank systems, reports, and files. Assist with monitoring data quality, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting data sources and assumptions.\nConduct analysis of transactional, operational, and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process or reporting improvement. Prepare summaries, tables, and visualizations that support management and business unit reviews.\nAssist with the development and maintenance of recurring reports and dashboards.
