This role assists the Paralegal Manager, in-house attorneys and legal management with a broad range of matters, including subpoena review and production, contract, NDAs, regulatory inquiries, legal research, and various legal department operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.The position works closely with business units across the organization, including Deposit Operations, Commercial Banking, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Fraud Operations, and Information Technology, to ensure timely and accurate handling of legal matters.\nResponsibilities:\nLegal Process Management\n· Review and process subpoenas, search warrants, and law enforcement requests, as well as other legal orders.
