This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of commercial lending practices, delivers outstanding client service, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate and timely processing of loan transactions.Responsibilities:\nPrepare and review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and completeness\nEnsure all necessary documents are obtained, properly executed, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements\nCoordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other relevant parties to gather required information and documentation\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date loan files and records\nPerform periodic reviews of loan files to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies\nFacilitate the boarding of loans from our origination system platform to our payment system platform\nEnsure seamless data transfer and integration between systems\nCollaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to system integration\nStay current with regulatory changes and ensure all lending activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations\nAssist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency\nProvide exceptional service to Sales and Underwriting as well as external clients, Title and Escrow, by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner\nCollaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lending process and enhance client satisfaction\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in commercial lending or loan operations\nStrong knowledge of commercial loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements\nFundamental math/accounting/finance skills to understand debits, credits, balancing, amortization schedules, etc.\nPrior paralegal, commercial lending loan administration and/or closing experience\nMotivated and extremely organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nInquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nCapable of managing several deliverables at once\nAxos Employee Benefits May Include:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance\n\nPaid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)\n\nHSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits\n\n401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan\n\nEmployee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading\n\nAbout Axos\nBorn digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
