You will work in a collaborative environment where analytical thinking, initiative, and continuous learning are valued.\nWhat you will do:\nAct as a day-to-day analytical support for the team responsible for commission settlements, CRM process monitoring and data quality control.\n\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports based on SQL databases, CRM systems, and operational datasets.\n\nDesign, build and maintain simple automation tools, scripts, and applications to improve efficiency of CRM controls, reporting and settlement processes.\n\nTranslate business requirements into data queries, reports, dashboards and practical process-control solutions.\n\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to timely resolve issues and maintain consistent data standards.\n\nIdentify data inconsistencies, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nWhat you bring & who you are:\nUniversity degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, IT, Finance, Economics or a related field.\n\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar role.\n\nExperience in building simple automations, scrips or lightweight internal applications using internal tools as Python, VBA, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies.\n\nGood practical knowledge of SQL including writing, validating and troubleshooting queries used for reporting, reconciliations and data quality checks.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and structured analysis.\n\nIdeally, experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio, and familiarity with CRM or sales process data.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, a version control system; Snowflake, a cloud data platform; and dbt (data build tool) will be a plus.\n\nStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to detect data inconsistencies, process gaps and control risks as well as manage recurring deadlines independently, especially in monthly or periodic settlement cycles.\n\nGood command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.\n\nWhat we offer:\nEmployment contract for full-time job.\n\nDevelopment in an international company that is shaping the face of the energy market.\n\nA progressive medical care package that takes care of your health and well-being.\n\nCo-financing of the Multisport card, enabling the use of various forms of physical activity.\n\nForeign language classes during working hours.\n\nFlexible working hours and the possibility to work in hybrid mode.\n\nAn office with a beautiful view, located in the city center.\n\nA motivated team, ready to guide you through your daily challenges.\n\nDetails about the salary range for this position and other components of the compensation package will be provided in the following stages of the recruitment process.\n\nEven if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
