We value diverse perspectives and welcome people who enjoy improving processes and supporting sound business decisions.\nWhat you will do:\nAnalyze, interpret, and prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting for assigned entities, including performance controlling and KPIs\n\nCreate reports that help senior leadership understand company financials and business performance\n\nGenerate, coordinate, analyze, and interpret operational and financial reports\n\nConduct forecasts, budgets, forecast revisions, and variance analyses\n\nDesign and implement accounting workflow procedures to ensure proper documentation and booking of accounting documents\n\nEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as professional standards\n\nEstablish and maintain financial controls together with accounting teams and external service providers\n\nPerform statutory vs. IFRS reconciliations and reporting\n\nSupport the setup and implementation of automation tools and process improvements\n\nPrepare ad-hoc and recurring financial analyses, reports, and presentations related to the company’s financial activities\n\nSupport management in commercial and financial matters and contribute to sound decision-making\n\nAssist in the preparation and analysis of transfer pricing files\n\nMonitor the company’s cash-flow position\n\nCommunicate with banks and stakeholders regarding financial guarantees and reporting requirements\n\nStay informed about developments in the energy and gas markets to support business opportunities and profitability\n\nSupport additional finance-related tasks delegated by the Finance Director\n\nWhat you bring & who you are:\n7+ years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting, ideally in an international business environment\n\nStrong knowledge and practical experience in IFRS\n\nGood understanding of business activities and financial processes\n\nAnalytical mindset with affinity for numbers, reporting, and presentation of results\n\nProficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel, as well as SAP knowledge\n\nIdeally, experience with Business Central, Navision, or Tagetik\n\nProactive and solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills\n\nAbility to explain financial information in clear business language to different stakeholders\n\nUniversity degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance\n\nIdeally, ACCA certification and/or experience within a Big 4 environment\n\nAbout the team: You will join a collaborative and international finance team that values open communication, reliability, and continuous improvement.
