If you enjoy keeping processes accurate, compliant, and people-focused, this role is for you.\nWhat you will do:\nManage the onboarding of new employees, coordinating with stakeholders and delivering introductory presentations and trainings\n\nAdminister employee labor files, including contracts, agreements, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor law\n\nSupport offboarding processes and the preparation of required documentation\n\nAnswer employee inquiries on HR administrative processes and maintain the company's digital information board\n\nSupport compliance initiatives such as EU Pay Transparency requirements and contribute to policy and process improvements\n\nAssist with international HR projects and collaborate with external service providers and Axpo Group HR colleagues\n\nWhat you bring & who you are:\nA Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field\n\nVery good MS Office skills; experience with SAP is a strong advantage\n\nFluent English, written and spoken; other languages are a plus\n\nAttention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented, reliable approach\n\nComfortable working in a dynamic, multi-national environment\n\nIdeally, at least 2 years of experience in an HR administration role in a multinational company, along with good knowledge of Bulgarian employment law\n\nAbout the team: You'll join Axpo Bulgaria's Human Resources Department, working closely with colleagues across the business and the wider Axpo Group.
