Bring your expertise, curiosity, and collaborative mindset to a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, confirmations and settlement\n\nManage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks\n\nCollaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution\n\nMonitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities\n\nContribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and internal control processes across trading operations\n\nWhat you bring & who you are:\nHigher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field\n\nExperience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector\n\nStrong understanding of energy (Power, Gas, LNG, Environmental certificates) and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management\n\nConfident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages\n\nAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills\n\nGood IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM (Endur) and ERP (SAP) systems.\n\nOpen to innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fast-changing environment.
