岗位职责

  • 协助进行基金运营管理工作，包括产品的申购赎回、费用支付、信息披露、备案信息更新等
  • 配合进行基金产品的设立、备案、变更，完成产品账户的开立及变更，协助对接托管、券商等各机构参与运营的相关事务
  • 使用数据分析工具对基金运营数据进行整理、分析，参与自动化流程建设以提高运营效率
  • 负责净值披露管理，完成基金月报、基金公告等材料的整理与发布
  • 完成部门交办的其他工作和任务

岗位要求

  • 全日制本科及以上学历
  • 工作细心负责，积极主动，具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
  • 具备基本的数据分析能力，会使用 SQL、Python 等编程语言
  • 有基金从业资格或金融机构相关实习经验者优先
  • 每周线下出勤 3-5 天，保证较稳定的实习时长
