Bring your enthusiasm, your big ideas, and your desire to team up with some of the best and brightest in technology and entertainment. \nThe Role\nOur new Client Services Supervisor for the Stadiums and Arenas division at AXS will provide front-line, top-notch service and support for our clients at box offices nationwide. This role acts as a relationship manager and tech support; advises, assists, and advocates for ticketing venue partners and provides support for all products and services.\nWhat Will You Do?\nAssist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.\nFacilitate the sharing of best practices, offering advice on event and promotion configuration.\nWork as a partner with Ticketing Services Managers by developing relationships and a deep understanding of each venue and its unique challenges.\nAct as an expert on all products/services, remaining current with all new releases.\nRespond to support and services requests from client/venue.\nTroubleshoot and resolve or escalates technical support issues.\nTracks and reports all client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.\nAssist in monitoring incoming support request and assign associated tasks to members of the staff and provide assistance to Junior Client Services staff.\nWhat Will You Bring?\nHigh School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)\n4-6 years Working in live event ticketing and event programming experience\nProblem-solving and decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.\nAbility to balance day-to-day and multitask across multiple clients.\nCommitted to collaboration and teamwork.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to lead mentor, and coach a team.\nPay Scale: $31.25\nBonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.\nBenefits: Full-time: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings.\nWhat’s in it for You?\nExtraordinary People - we’re not kidding!\nMeaningful Mission - Helping revolutionize an industry and deliver better experiences for fans and clients around the world.\nOpportunities for learning and leveling up through training and education reimbursement.\n\nMore about AXS\nAXS, a subsidiary of AEG, sells millions of tickets each year for over 500 premier venues, sports teams, and event organizers across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
