Join our team as our new DevOps Engineer !\nThis is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for designing and optimizing DevOps infrastructure, mentoring engineers, leading automation initiatives, and driving reliability across engineering environments.\nLocation: Noida [India] or Paris [France] or Sofia [Bulgaria]\nHybrid\nResponsibilities\nPlatform Engineering\nDesign, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure, shared tooling, frameworks, and reusable engineering capabilities.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and related technologies.\nBuild automation and reusable solutions that improve scalability, reliability, security, operational efficiency, developer productivity, and cost efficiency.\nBuild and operate Kubernetes-based platforms (AKS/EKS), supporting containerized applications and engineering teams.\nCI/CD & Developer Productivity\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.\nImprove release automation and deployment reliability.\nEnable product DevOps teams to accelerate software delivery through automation, standardization, and best practices\nExperience using AI-assisted engineering tools, copilots, or automation platforms to improve software delivery, operations, or developer productivity\nPromote DevOps best practices across engineering organizations.\nReliability & Operations\nImplement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.\nDrive continuous improvements that reduce operational overhead and improve service reliability.\nPartner with product DevOps and Operations teams to improve observability, operational readiness, and platform reliability\nSecurity & Compliance\nCollaborate with security teams to incorporate security and compliance requirements into shared tooling, frameworks, and automation solutions.\nSupport infrastructure hardening and remediation initiatives where required.\nCollaboration\nContribute to technical documentation and operational runbooks.\nParticipate in design reviews and technology improvement initiatives\nCollaborate closely with product DevOps teams, Operations teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable, and reusable solutions that support cloud platform adoption and operations.\nLeadership Ownership (For Senior)\nMentor and support less experienced engineers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and best practices\nLead tooling, framework, and automation initiatives that span multiple teams and engineering domains\nDrive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.\nInfluence engineering practices, platform standards, and technical decisions through expertise, collaboration, and leadership.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.\n5+ years Linux administration in hybrid environments\nAdvanced AWS and/or Azure expertise\nExpert GitLab CI/CD experience\n3+ years Terraform module development\n3+ years Docker/Kubernetes in production\nStrong incident response and troubleshooting background\nMentoring and technical leadership experience\nAgile/Scrum experience\nMonitoring, alerting, and observability tool experience\nCompany Overview\nCompany Overview\nAxway has been shaping the future of enterprise integration for over 25 years.
