You will be a\npoint of contact for all internal, external and customer audits and compliance related topics, with Axway customers.\nLocation: Axway Sofia\nEmployees work in a hybrid mode 2 days per week in the office\nResponsibilities\nUnderstanding, applying and deploying the 74Software Information Security Policies within Axway;\nControlling that Axway teams apply the 74Software Security policies through internal audits and monitoring the corrective and preventive action plans;\nCoordinating all audits and inspections performed by clients and/or regulatory agencies interacting with outside auditors and inspectors, as necessary;\nEngaging in on-going communication with our clients’ security and compliance representatives, acting as security and compliance liaison to resolve outstanding compliance issues, to provide audit follow-up, and to ensure customer satisfaction with the firm’s quality systems;\nActing as in-house counsel to internal stakeholders for security and compliance issues, providing guidance for staff questions, solutions to compliance problems and compliant implementation of processes, systems and services, ensuring an always “audit-ready” capacity;\nMaintaining a thorough knowledge of all security and compliance regulations and 74Software policies;\nSafeguarding Axway and Axway customer data through compliance with 74Software policies and the appropriate use of Axway equipment and facilities.\nQualifications\n4 years of experience in a role with direct contact with security and compliance topics;\nDirect experience with ISO 27001/27002 or information security management standards;\nSkills:\nPassion for Security, Information Governance, Risk, and Compliance;\nPassion for customer satisfaction;\nGood understanding of compliance/risk concept;\nStrong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to adjust communication style/content to interact with IT and business professionals;\nStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, organizational skills and attention to detail;\nAbility to prioritize assignments within a fast-paced environment.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred;\nCompletion of training/certification for ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.\nCompany Overview\nAxway has been shaping the future of enterprise integration for over 25 years.
