Beyond operational excellence, this person is the face of AXYS to visiting clients, a proactive contributor to business development initiatives, and a key enabler of the wealth management team’s success. business.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day office organisation and provide administrative support to the Senior Partner\nCoordinate meetings, calendars, and client communication for the wealth management team\nWelcome and assist clients visiting the office, reflecting AXYS’s premium standards\nSupport client onboarding, KYC documentation, and account opening procedures\nMaintain accurate client records in the CRM and track interactions and follow-ups\nCoordinate the AXYS Eastern Golfers Challenge and other client events and seminars\nSupport business development activities, prospect follow-up, and partnership coordination\nManage AXYS’s LinkedIn and social media presence, marketing materials, and client communications\nQualifications\nDegree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline\nMinimum 2–4 years’ experience in client services, wealth management support, financial services, events, or administration\nComfortable interacting with high-net-worth individuals and business professionals\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French\nValid driving licence\nPrevious experience in financial services, events, or hospitality is an advantage\nSkills & Competencies\nTechnical Skills:\nOffice management and executive support (calendar, logistics, client reception)\nClient onboarding, KYC coordination, and account opening documentation\nCRM systems, with high accuracy in client record management\nInvestment documentation (applications, withdrawals, fund transfers)\nEvent coordination and logistics (registrations, sponsors, suppliers)\nBusiness development support and pipeline follow-up\nMarketing and social media (LinkedIn, Canva, newsletters)\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva\nBehavioural
