Assistant Reservation Manager | AYANA Komodo

AYANA Komodo Resort is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Assistant Reservation Manager to support the efficient operation of our Reservations Department while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading, coaching, and supervising the Reservations Communication team to ensure consistent service quality, adherence to brand standards, and strong team performance.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, packages, and promotional offerings.
• Support the team in applying effective selling strategies, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring accurate input of data in PMS and other relevant systems.
• Work closely with the Front Office and Revenue teams to help optimize room occupancy and improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Assist in delivering training, preparing schedules, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role in hospitality.
• Proficient in PMS, PABX, and other hotel reservation systems.
• Solid knowledge of sales techniques, yield management, and cost control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Skilled in team coaching, training, and delivering effective feedback.
