Now we need someone to make it reliable, scalable, and production-ready.\n\nResponsibilities: \nYou will work directly with the founder to:\nImplement and refine LLM decision pipelines.\nHandle messy, real-world inputs (not clean datasets).\nImprove system reliability (failures, retries, edge cases).\nShip features quickly without overengineering.\nReview and refine system designs before and after implementation.\nIdentify edge cases, failure modes, and incorrect assumptions.\nImprove reliability of real-world workflows (not just correctness in isolation).\nDebug issues across async systems, APIs, and LLM outputs.\nEnsure production-grade behavior from AI-assisted code.\n\nWhat Makes This Role Challenging: \nRequirements are not always perfectly defined.\nInputs are messy (human chat, not structured data).\nYou will debug edge cases that shouldn't happen.\nYou will need to think independently, not just execute tickets.\n\nWithin 30 Days: \nFix 2-3 real issues independently.\nShip at least one meaningful improvement.\nReduce founder involvement in debugging.\n\nWithin 60 Days: \nOwn parts of the system end-to-end.\nShip without constant supervision.\nImprove system reliability measurably.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong backend experience\nStrong engineering judgment (not just coding ability).\nAbility to spot bad design decisions early.\nExperience working with APIs and asynchronous systems.\nExperience integrating LLMs into real applications (not just prompts).\nStrong debugging skills and independent problem-solving.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience with automation systems or bots.\nExperience with production AI systems.\nStartup or 01 product experience.\n\nTech Stack: \nNode.js backend.\nLLM orchestration (OpenAI / similar).\nAsync job
