ITIL et des niveaux de service (SLA)\n\nProfil recherché\nProfil recherché\nExpérience confirmée en Incident Management\n\nBonne maîtrise des processus ITIL\n\nExpérience dans la gestion d’incidents majeurs et de situations de crise\n\nExcellentes capacités de coordination et de communication\n\nCapacité à travailler avec des équipes techniques et métiers\n\nEsprit d’analyse, réactivité et sens
